Masstron offers both local (Singapore) & international delivery to all around the world through various logistic partners with reduced shipping cost savings from our main office in Singapore.
Processing & Lead Time
We promise to ship available items that are in stock within 2 - 3 business days. If the product that you had ordered requires additional processing or lead time before delivery, you will be contacted & notified.

Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days.
For items in stock, the order will be arranged for pickup during the above-mentioned processing duration. For items that are out of stock or require customization, we will require additional processing / lead time to process or manufacture.
The shipping duration shown at checkout is an estimated and the actual duration may vary due to peak periods, weekends, holidays, issues with the selected courier, customs clearance, etc.

Shipping rates and fees are separate from the price of the items, which will be reflected based on the details of the order, which includes the number of items, weight and dimension.
Standard GST / Tax is applicable for Singapore orders, but will not be applicable for international orders outside of Singapore.
Customs duties and fess are not included in the shipping rates and fees reflected at checkout. An estimate is shown based on the details of the order and shipping address that may be required to be paid by the recipient of the order.
Extra fees may be incurred for additional services requested.
