The buyer will be charged a restocking fee of 5% for cancellation of orders.
Policy for Standard Stock Products
For return or exchange of standard stock products, products will only be accepted in new or like-new condition (with its original trademark, manual and accessories that were included) within 7 business days upon receipt of the products. We shall refund you the amount for the product(s) excluding fees incurred, which are normally the shipping fee, customs duty costs, and transaction fees involved. Returns or exchange may be accepted on a case-by-case basis. Masstron reserves the right of final interpretation.
We offer free maintenance for standard stock products within their warranty period. For standard stock products, returns or exchange within their warranty period due to quality issues or damage shall be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. You will be responsible for the shipping and customs duty costs incurred. Please contact our sales department for more information.

Policy for Custom Non-stock Products
Return or exchange of custom non-stock products may be limited to a case-by-case basis. The custom non-stock products will only be accepted in new or like-new condition (with its original trademark, manual and accessories that were included) within 7 business days upon receipt of the products. We shall refund you the amount for the product(s) excluding fees incurred, which are normally the shipping fee, customs duty costs, and transaction fees involved.
We do not provide warranty and/or maintenance of certain custom non-stock and consumable products.

Policy for Defected or Incorrect Products
For return or exchange due to an error on our part, such as defected product(s) or incorrect products received & etc, the case will be reviewed with the required information to support the return or exchange of the product(s).T he product will only be accepted in new or like-new condition (with its original trademark, manual and accessories that were included) within 7 business days upon receipt of the products. We shall refund you the total amount of the product(s) including shipping customs duty costs incurred.
